Why Concierge Medicine?

Our concierge medicine medical practice limits our patient size to 300 clients which allows for ample time and dedicated attention to the individual patient and their needs. We have more quality time together…not only to treat complex issues, but to focus on prevention and wellness.

About Our Doctors

Siavash Sobhani, MD

Dr. Sobhani is the founder and chief medical officer of PRAEVENTUS™ Executive Health in Tysons Corner, VA. He's an Internal Medicine Physician with a reputation for diagnostic excellence and a niche in Concierge Medicine and Executive Care.

Dr. Sobhani was born and raised in Washington DC and earned his bachelor’s degree of Science from George Washington University in 1984. In addition, he holds a Master of Education and Masters of Physiology. He graduated with his Medical Degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1990 and went on to fulfill his residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida.

Dr. Sobhani has been thriving in private practice since 1994 and has been recognized for his outstanding patient service. He's been featured yearly in the Washingtonian, and Northern Virginia Magazine as well as "Who's Who" in recognition of his outstanding contribution to concierge medicine. He has also served as a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine.

As a concierge doctor in Northern Virginia, Dr. Sobhani is dedicated to serving others and making a difference one patient at a time.

Kavita Tripathi, MD

Board-Certified Family Medicine | Now Accepting New Patients, Join Her Panel

Dr. Kavita Tripathi is a board-certified family physician with nearly a decade of experience caring for adults across Virginia and Maryland. Hers is a practice built on a simple conviction: good medicine takes time. Patients notice it immediately. She listens closely, takes the time to understand the whole person, and builds the kind of lasting, trusting relationship that real preventive care depends on.

She completed her family medicine residency at the Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program in Montgomery, Alabama, in 2017, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She most recently practiced at MedStar, where patients rated her 4.9 out of 5 across more than 500 reviews.

Over the years, Dr. Tripathi has built a particular passion for prevention and early detection, catching problems before they become crises. Her practice also spans chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension, weight management, and women’s health. She speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, also a physician, and their two children.

Dr. Tripathi joins Praeventus Health this fall and is actively accepting new patients, with first appointments beginning September 1, 2026. Spots on her panel are limited.
